The Isabell Company's
Publication Sales Group started in 1985 as an
independent sales representative, presenting
Women's Wear Daily, DNR and
Fairchild Publications' associated
periodicals at trade shows in the Pacific
Northwest.
In 2005, we expanded our catalog to include
a multitude of consumer magazines, such as
In Touch, Architectural Digest,
Motor Trend and many, many
more.

great discounts?
We have several sources for our
magazines. For many of our trade
publications, we work directly with the
publisher. This provides our customers
with fantastic pricing. Our expansion to other
consumer periodicals has been made possible
by becoming an independent subscription
agency. We've searched out and
contracted with the best wholesale magazine
agents in order to provide our customers
with excellent prices and top customer
service.

- What if I have a problem with my
subscription?
Please send an e-mail to

or call us toll free at 1-800-733-2292.
We'll promptly reply and work with you and
the publisher to get any problems corrected.
If you change your mind about a subscription
you've ordered, your payment will be
refunded on a pro-rated basis.

- How long
does it take for a magazine to start?
As a
general rule, please allow 6 - 12 weeks
from the date we receive your order for your
first issue to arrive. Be advised that
monthly publications tend to take longer
to begin service than daily or weekly
publications. Your
subscription starts from the date of your
first issue, not the date of your order.
Most of the publishers use mail processing
centers which tabulate and process the
thousands of orders received, and they
perform the actual sorting and mailing. That
takes a lot of time. Additionally, most
magazines are printed months in advance, and
each printing is pre-allocated only to the
amount of subscribers at the actual time of
printing.

- Can I order
magazines as gifts to send to others?
Absolutely!
When you check-out, you'll be asked if this
is a gift. You'll need to
complete the billing and ship-to
information. When we receive
your order, we'll mail out a gift card
in your name right away and the subscription
will be delivered in the normal time.
